Scrambled window

I am using VMWare Workstation 9.0.2 build-1031769. My virtual machine is running Windows 7 on a secondary monitor in portrait orientation (host system). When I swap a window between maximised and restored state, the window often gets scrambled as you can see in the attachment. When I set the orientation (in the host) to landscape, everything works fine. I also tried the virtual machine on my primary monitor, but then I get the same results: In landscape everything is OK, and in portrait windows get sometimes scrambled.

Has anyone ever experienced such a kind of Window? It looks like Workstation 9 is shifting each line to the left. Probably because it is using too few pixels to build up the screen (or so). I believe I had this in Workstation 8 as well.

I am using Windows 7 both as host and guest in Workstation 9 (9.0.3 build-1410761). And the hardware is a Toshiba S Pro L770-12P with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M as the display adapter.
