Problem in writing on disk "Write Same Failed" in workstation 9?

Hello All,

I have installed OpenStack on a single node VM, I have pre-allocated 60 GB Hard disk , for fast performance. But when I'm running few task like writing to disk, It is showing following error on the VM screen "SDA1: Write Same Failed. Manually zeroing". I have worked with workstation, but never got this error.

How can we identify and solve the following issue?
