[CRASH] Windows 8.1 HOST

Hello, I have a problem with VMware on Windows 8.1 HOST.

I attach a VMDK with one HFS+ and one EFI partition to a VM, I click on the HDD in the VM settings and map the 200MB EFI partition, later when I am finished I click disconnect but I get a bluescreen "BAD_POOL_HEADER"

Any solution?
