Windows não reconhece pen drive / Windows doesn't recognize pen drive

Eu tenho instalado um Windows server 2003 R2 em uma VM com o Vmware workstation 9.0. Porém não reconhece de jeito nenhum o Pen Drive.

I have a Windows Server 2003 installed on a VM, I'm using Vmware workstation 9.0, but the pen drive it's being recognized.
