VMware Workstation 11 - CPU reset: hard (mode 2) Randomly

Hi Guys,

I am running a nested VMware workstation.

My main operating system is Win 8.1 installed VMware Workstation 11 (Win Version), running a guest of Debian 8.1 operating system with vmware tools.

In the Debian 8.1 operating system, I installed VMware Workstation 11 (Linux Version), running a guest of Windows 7 operating system.

Both Debian 8.1 and Windows 7 are installed from fresh. After the installation of Windows 7 guest in the nested VM, it start to power off randomly. Win XP had encounter blue screen randomly too. I am trying to narrow down the problem and resolved it.

I had did a couple of search online and know that it is reset by the Debian 8.1 VMware Workstation appliance (CPU reset: hard (mode 2), and not the Win 7 guest OS.

As attached is the Win 7 guest vmware.log from the Debian 8.1 VMware Workstation.

By viewing the log, can anyone spot the issues that cause the Win 7 guest to power off randomly?
