VMware Issue

Hello everybody. I've always been using VMware software for creating new virtual machines and I didn't have any problems. My PC has a new fresh installation of Windows 8.1 since 3 weeks ago. I only remember that before I install again my Windows 8.1, I could install Windows 10 Technical Preview from an ISO file in VMware and it worked fine. Now, when I try to install the same ISO file in VMware, it gets stucked in the VMware logo and it seems that anything load. I tried a lot of things like re-installing VMware, downloading again the ISO file of Windows 10, changing some hardware configurations of the guest OS, and nothing works What can I do? Just in case, I have the latest version of VMware which is "11.1.0 build-2496824"... I'm going to let you a picture from my PC where you can see the VMware logo loading, but nothing happens then, even waiting for hours I hope you can help me...
