Could not transfer/connect to my guest VM from host OS

I am having WIndows 8.1 as host and installed oracle Linux 6.6 in Workstation 10.0.5.

I am trying to copy files(I also tried enabling the shared folder, but could not) via sftp, but having issues connecting to the guest VM.

When I type /sbin/ifconfig, I could not see IP4(inet) address for eth0, I only see inet6 address. I have enabled the NAT settings in the network adapter. I also tried Bridged, but the same issue.

I tried connecting via localhost.localdomain(hostname) & port 22 from filezilla, but I could not connect. I restarted sshd before I tried.

Do I need to do anything else to enable the sftp between my host OS and guest OS?
