Asyncsocket error. when starting machines on VMware Workstation 11.0

Hi

I have the same error actually and I can start the VM on My Computer but after moving it to shared one (I have configured enabled VM sharing and remote access is enabled), I tried to power on machine and it waits for a while and gives "Asyncsocket error" . I had uploaded the support log here,
