Workstation 10. Unable to gain focus on one guest while a second guest is running.

Run in to a bit of an oddity with Workstation 10.0.3 build-1895310. I have two guest OS's installed in Workstation, Microsoft Server2008 R2 and Microsoft Vista Enterprise. When I have both Server 2008 and Vista running, I am unable to gain focus on Vista. Clicking the mouse inside of the workstations window doesn't work, it wont grab focus. Same goes for the keyboard.

When the Vista guest is running by itself it behaves normally.

When the Server 2008 guest is running by itself it behaves normally.

When Server 2008 is running and Vista is running I am locked out from gaining focus on Vista. Server 2008 continues to act normally. And of course there are caveats to this.

If Server 2008 is running first, and I boot the Vista guest and never switch off of that guest I can keep focus on Vista. But the moment I switch to the Server 2008 guest, I can not go back and regain focus on the Vista guest. If the Server 2008 guest is shut down while the Vista guest is running, I can then regain focus of the Vista guest.

We have tried recreating the Vista guest (deleting all VM files) a few times and it continues like this. VM Tools has been installed on each of the guests. We haven't tried recreating the Server guest yet.

A bit on the environment. I work in a college and we are trying to setup the lab environment for a Microsoft configuration class. The lab setup is to have a virtual environment (hence using Workstation) with a Vista guest and a Server 2008 R2 guest. The Vista guests will be attaching to the Server 2008 which will be acting as a DHCP and DNS server as well as a file host.

The Host computer is a Dell Optiplex 9020 running Windows 7 Enterprise.

I've run this exact setup on the computer next to it (same specs/image as the problem computer) and experienced none of these issues.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.
