Converted Local Machine Won't Power On - No error message

I made a simple clone of my Windows 8.1 local machine using vCenter Converter Standalone as Administrator.

I can select it in my VMWare Workstation 10.0.3 (also run as Administrator).  When I click the power button, it seems to run for 1 second, then stops and goes back to the main screen as if nothing happened.  No error message.

Any idea what the problem could be?
