System Crash with VM WS 10

My laptop with VM Workstation 10 will crash while power-down (suspend) process, if VM Workstation is running in foreground (Vm Surce opend). => Setting VM WS before power down /suspend to "backgroud", no crash happens.

My question: How to configure VM WS automatical setting to background ??
