Cannot get VM working on Dell laptop

This is what im working with, im new at this and am in need of some assistance. I am trying to install on a Dell Inspiron 3135 (AMD processor) that did pass the VT test. I try to install the VM and I get the error in the picture. Any help would be fantastic.
