Failed to change password: Snapshot library problem.

Hi,

After a system crash - I've reinstalled my computer and installed the latest version of VMware Workstation.

After open my virtual machine and enter my encryption password, I get this window with the following message "The restrictions applied to this virtual machine require an encryption password to be set. This password will be needed to open this virtual machine".

Applying the password I'm getting the following error message "Failed to change password: Snapshot library problem."

My problem is that I don't have a backup whats on that VM and would like to get the data whats on that disk. So what are my options?
