Problem open ports

HI,

I have router in my home , and I install vmware on PC and install Windows 7 on it , I use in setting interface NAT , and I try to open ports on vmware and the router , but Still show me port not open , I try in vmware to add expections to Firewall even Shut down firewall in VM and HOST PC , and nothing ,
