Hi,
my desktop PC: AMD A10-5800, SSD, HDD, enough RAM
As hostsystem I try: Kubuntu 12.04, 13.04, 13.10, LinuxMint 13, 15, 16 (KDE and Cinamon)
right after the OS-Installation everything works fine.
After a few weeks and some reboots I can't start a virtual machine: Unable to Change virtual machine power state: Internal error
I try different tips from Internet:
sudo vmware-modconfig --console --install-all
killall -s9 vmware-vmx
nothing works .. I ran twice the linux mem-test - no problems. I check the SSD/HDD - no problems.
the same virtual machines works on another pc (iCore) with the same Host-OS so I came to the result: It must be the local hardware - CPU and/or mainboard. Or have I missed something?
