Where is the "Upgrade Hardware version" item to click on the "Virtual Machine Summary" page?

I am following the upgrade installation instruction on

and I can not find a page labeled "Virtual Machine Summary" or an item labeled "Upgrade Hardware version".

I would prefer to do this over the alternative of having to go to every VM I have created and setting each individual VM to compatibility with Workstation 10.

Is this possible? If so where do I find this global setting?
