Running a windows server 2003 Image on Workstation 10..Please assist

I am trying to solve an issue I am facing. We have few dell servers. One of the dell server has some proprietary software installed on it. An image of this Dell server was taken using Acronis (.TIB file). The dell server has internal SCSI disks (raid combination). I need to do some testing on the server. Making changes directly to the server software requires re-imaging the server again with the backed up Acronis image which takes very long. I can run this backed up Acronis image on the VMware workstation 10 an do my testing.

I made a new Virtual machine with exact hard disk settings(space) as the Dell server in Workstation 10. I mounted the new VM CD to boot from Acronis CD. Once booted in Acronis I used the Backed up Acronis image to be copied to the new VM hard drive. All that was successful. Once I rebooted the VM I saw the logo Windows server 2003 server booting up, and suddenly I see the windows Blue Screen of Death error Boot: 0X0000007. I searched on the new and found out that this error has to do something with booting or booting process.

I am assuming that since the dell server had SCSI controller driver installed I need to install the same driver on the newly created VM in workstation 10 but I don't see that option. I just see the Generic SCSI for the CD ROM. I even tried doing the P2V using Vmware converter directly from the Dell server but that fails at 98% also. Can someone please assist on how to get this Image running on Workstation 10 or any tips would be nice....Thanks
